Our History
Established in 2007 in Lebanon under Ministerial Decision 261/AD, SCBA Liban was founded with a clear mission: to raise the standards of the German Shepherd breed and nurture a community of passionate breeders and enthusiasts. From the outset, our focus was on excellence, quality, and ethical practices, which quickly distinguished us as a trusted name in the field.
In 2009, we took a major step forward by joining the World Union of German Shepherd Dogs as a junior member. This affiliation opened doors to international expertise, collaboration, and a wealth of knowledge that has fueled our continuous growth and innovation. Our dedication and commitment culminated in 2023, when we proudly achieved full membership status—a milestone that reflects our relentless pursuit of excellence and our firm adherence to the highest standards of breeding.
Since then, SCBA Liban has served as the sole representative of the German Shepherd breed in Lebanon, consistently upholding a legacy of trust, quality, and ethical responsibility. Our journey continues as we strive to empower our members, foster community engagement, and ensure that every German Shepherd thrives under our watchful care.
